Hi,
What do you recommend just for ripping DVD/BR (not going to burn BR) using MakeMKV, and possibly DVDFab (if any issue appears with MakeMKV), external, slim, with slot loading or tray loader?
And how much will it cost to send to Portugal?
Someone said that you are based on Ireland so there will not be import taxes, right?

That's mine ordered.
For anyone wondering, the ordering process is a little convoluted. You place your order, then you get a confirmation email with a link to payment, and you have to make that via Paypal Friends & Family.
The confirmation email doesn't include the value of your order, (it would be useful if it did) so I had to go part way through ordering again to remind myself of the price and postage costs. I'm UK-based, and the SMS messages with confirmation codes for my phone number came through instantly both times.
Even more useful in future would be the ability to just pay online as part of the checkout process on the store.
No complaints, though. Just observations.

Do you really need to send confirmation SMS?
Those often fail, I don’t know how to finalise the purchase, no SMS has been received on my end.

Mine also ordered
The SMS code might be a bit confusing... Seems to be important to add the country code (in my case "+353") and then the mobile number without leading Zero.
When doing it this way it should work.
So, for the US it might be needed to add the "+001" which I believe is the country code for the US of A.
Perhaps this helps

I'm not able to get past the SMS section of ordering either... US based phone number... tried my number with a 1 in front, +1 in front, no luck. Also, adding +001 doesn't seem to be accepted. Any help appreciated!
