UHD GOT Disk 2 errors

Hey folks, maybe someone can help take a look and explain what's happening here. I've tried backing up Season01 Disk 2 of GOT UHD, and while two of the three episodes (5 and 6) eventually backed up ok, I keep getting errors on ep4.

Attached is the output from MakeMKV, do I just keep trying? Ep 6 failed once, but succeeded when I tried a second time, but after 3 attempts to backup episode 4, I am getting the same error results. It's still trying to run the 3rd attempt now, but starting to output errors like:

Error 'Scsi error - HARDWARE ERROR:TIMEOUT ON LOGICAL UNIT' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00001.m2ts' at offset '31948732416'
Error 'OS error - The I/O device reported an I/O error' occurred while reading '\Device\CdRom0' at offset '31948732416'

I know most people are just getting their GOT disks in anyone else hitting this issue?

These discs suck. Slow it down to 2x using speed control.
