Batch Conversion of Series

Hi,
Sorry if there is another post, I could not find what I wanted.

I have a number of old TV series ISO that I want to convert to mkv, is there a way I can do this with makemkv other than manually one by one ?

Looking at the program, it would mean I manually have to run each file through and then rename each output file in the specific naming convention for Plex.

Any help would be great.
