How to create UHD rip with DV+Atmos?

I have yet to find a thorough how to for creating a MP4 or MKV rip that supports BOTH DV + Atmos. Has anyone assembled all the pieces to do this, and if so, how?

DV doesn't work in an MKV container, apparently, but they're discussing what you're asking in this topic:
