OS-specific Forum for Windows?

Greetings!

I was curious why there isn't an OS-specific Forum for Windows. More specifically, I was looking for a corresponding sticky thread for "Direct Blu-ray playback with VLC player" for Windows (just as you can find in the MacOS and Linux forums).

If I'm missing something obvious, please excuse the question!

No, you're not missing anything - Mike has not seen the need to set up a Windows-specific forum, probably because Windows is the "reference" version. The majority of the discussion in the general and advanced usage forums applies directly to Windows, and the OS-specific forums are for things that are different.
