DVD "Failed to open disc" - multiple DVD's - advise?

Looking for advice when ripping a couple DVD's!
Any help would be appreciated. Just a Bad / Scratched disc? Or something else?

Turn on Debug Logging (link in my signature tells you how) and see if there is more information available.

There is a topic at the top of the Bluray section that deals with common causes for ripping errors.
