Ender's Game Bluray
Re: Ender's Game Bluray
Annnnddd I think I just answered my own question. Ripped 821, and while I didn't sit and watch it, I did skip across the movie every 30 seconds or so, and it seems intact. So there you go, if you have the version of the disc that I do, 821 is the one you want.

This is the correct title for the retail Blu ray version:

Re: Ender's Game Bluray
I have the DVD BL UV from Amazon and have tried all the titles in this thread and still find the movie out of order. Anyone else have the correct one?
Re: Ender's Game Bluray
I have the Blu-Ray + DVD + Ultraviolet purchased through Amazon. File # 00821 worked for me. I have watched the movie all the way through and it is the correct version. Look for it this way:

Does anyone else have the Canadian version with the bilingual packaging, and know what the correct playlist should be?
Barcode 7 74212 11155 6.
It has different playlist numbers and segment numbers than those being discussed in this thread, and it doesn't have the "MainFeature" metadata for easy identification.

Re: Ender's Game Bluray
Alright, so here's my report on the Canadian disc, found two playlists with 1:53:48 and 16 chapters, ripped them both.
Both playlists have identical audio tracks and subtitles. Both playlists have identical chapter times. When I flip through the chapters of both - as well as skip around a bit toward the end of the movie where the different segment seems to be - I don't see any difference between them.
00007.mpls: 506,508,505,501,514,516,519,507,502,509,510,512,511,504,515

Chapter Times:

Even stranger - when I copy 00504.m2ts and 00513.m2ts off the disc and run the two files through a comparison utility, it says the two files are identical! (Both files are 120,999,936 bytes.)

Re: Ender's Game Bluray
For what it is worth, when I ripped Ender's Game, MakeMKV was able to find the correct play list, and moved it to the top.

Re: Ender's Game Bluray
The version of Ender's Game I used had the following information, which I confirmed is correct when I watched the movie on Blu-ray and watched the MKV simultaneously on a laptop.
MakeMKV had this version selected as the correct Main Feature, and it was correct:
Title information
Name: Ender's Game
Source file name: 00815.mpls
Duration: 1:53:48
Chapters count: 16
Size: 19.5 GB
Segment count: 15
Segment map: 502,512,510,516,506,509,515,523,521,513,520,503,507,522,514
File name: Ender's_Game_t19.mkv
This was different than other versions mentioned, because the File Name was "t19," which was in fact correct on this disc. The Segment Map was the same as others listed as correct versions. And the Source File Name of 0815.mpls was also the same.
