Yes I have.

Scratch that, I can take additional orders for WH16NS60s, but what I can't do is ship anything else until I've caught up with this backlog and if you're one of those people waiting on me PLEASE EMAIL ME to check status. Don't assume I've forgotten about you, because I haven't!!

Received my drive. Pretty much plug and play which is exactly what I wanted. Saved me a lot of headaches!

Great pricing, fast shipping, and overall pleasant transaction!

Thanks again!

Received my drive from Alex.

Works like a charm!

I tell ya, it's great to finally be able to watch a 4K movie on my 4K monitor, BUT, using my nVidia-based chip, EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Superclocked graphics card.

Before this, I had to follow the strict requirements for 4K disc playback on a PC, which included using onboard embedded Intel graphics....which stink!

Now with the drive Alex sent me, I can rip the data from the 4K disc and covert it to an .mkv file, and then enjoy playback using VLC Media Player, etc.

YES!

Working with Alex has been a first class experience all the way. Alex knows his stuff, and he is very generous with his time and advice. Pricing is more than fair. Requested an LG slim and an ASUS full size. The ASUS arrived within a couple of days, and I have been merrily backing up my UHDs since. Playable with Infuse on ATV4k directly, or through Plex serving, and on iMacPro with VLC which, while kludgy, is pretty freakin' breathtaking. Alex is highly, highly recommended.

It’s a world that one could hardly tell what’s true or not on the internet. Even with so many endorsments given to Alex, I was still quite concerned in purchasing a BD drive from an individual whom I don’t know. I learned from his phone number that we actually live close by. So being able to get the drive directly from him made me feel more confident. It turns out that Alex is a very sincere person who endeavored to ensure that all his customers will have their BD drive work perfectly. As a newbie, I probably asked Alex too many basic questions but he generously answered each one of them. He even worked with me for days on an issue that’s simply because I didn’t change one of MakeMKV’s default settings (which is actually well documented in MakeMKV’s FAQ :-) ). Despite this is simply another endorsement of Alex, I hope everyone who’s interested in backing up their BD/4K collections could get the right drive through a trustworthy person. And fortunate for me, I did find one.

I'm just like to add my name to the list of happy customers Alex has.

After contacting him regarding a WH16NS60 and enclosure he advised me to include an enclosure would work out expensive as it would blow the lower cost postal weight limit. He found a SATA > USB adapter instead and in a week I had it happily ripping UHDs to the desktop.

A very satisfied customer. Highly recommended.

Just send you an email Alex, i recently had my Asus BW-16D1HT that was working fine for months for 4k disc RMAd b/c it stopped reading any disc & they sent me a new drive & it's no longer reading 4k disc... :(

Another satisfied customer... Talk about customer service.. i'm in NC, Alex is in CA... he sent the drives back out the same day he received them.. i was without my drives for 1 week (which includes the weekend) & all of that time was 2 day USPS there & back. His pricing is more more than fair, thanks again for the help Alex!!!!!! Let me know when your ready to text on that LG BP50NB40, i will send it your way.
