All Blu Ray discs in Alien series are split up (T0, T1..T45)

I am ripping the Alien Quadrology to my computer. Here is the layout so far:

AlienT00

AlienT01

etc.

All the way to T46.

This structure continues for all of the 4 movies.

Any advice here? I would like to figure out a good way to organize these films. There is a theatrical, director's cut, etc. version. There are also commentary and trivia tracks.
