What is the activaction/registration key?

Hello, I've downloaded the last version, 1.12.2, but when I open the app they ask me an registration key....Help me please!!!

Refer to 'Latest Beta Key' link in sig... although, if you find the app useful, a permanent license is recommended. Copy, 'Help > Register' & paste.
