It's the standard U.S. retail version. I don't have playlist 764 on mine.

It appears that 00764.mpls is also correct for Netflix. You won't see it in the list however. It's located at the top as Green Room - 16 chapter(s), 18.1 GB (FPL_MainFeature). Click on it and you'll get the following title info.

Confirmed. Watched the 00764 rip and the BluRay in two windows and they matched.

If anyone is looking for the correct MPLS for the Canadian version, I found it! The Canadian MPLS is 00918. It took a LOT of legwork to sift through it all, as there had to be well over 200 playlists (I didn't count). As for the exact version/provider, I got mine used from a rental shop. I hope this helps!
