Yes i send the log file to support, it was 3 MB and i was not able to attach to the post.

The error message was a popup and i ignored the message and created the file. It saved the MKV file but the image is bad
like pixelation and stripes etc. Sound is fine.

OK, if the file has been sent, try the rip again in a day or so. I've only seen Mike post messages about updating the SVQ files a few times, but "almost always", within a week, the rip just "works" for people who have updates enabled.

Since your log shows loading 70 SVQ files, it is likely you've got updates turned on. Although my install said something about loading just over a hundred the last time I looked... Tools -> General, "Allow contacting web server for updates" should be checked.

The log doesn't say it failed, but... Have you sent the file generated (path highlighted in RED above) to svq@makemkv.com for analysis yet?
I am having the same problem still. 1.9.1 updates turned on. File has been sent.

The Peanuts Movie BluRay region 1 reports no FUTs. I have e-mailed logs. Just wanted to make sure I was posting this in the correct location.

Thanks!

Logs, or the TGZ file created with the BD+ information?

In this case, logs won't help - it's the actual BD+ code that Mike needs to create the SVQ file.

This is also happening for "Brooklyn," on Blu-ray. I imagine this this issue is not uncommon for just-released films?

Am trying to upload the "dump_Brooklyn_6740D6A99F5C24EC.tgz" file created when I attempted to backup Brooklyn, but the file size is 5mb and seem only to be permitted to upload files 2mb and smaller.

Can anyone advise me on any other possible way to get this code to Mike so he can update the BD+ SQL?

Thanks...

Split the tgz file into smaller pieces. Post the smaller files. Mike will then be able to join them back together before opening the tarball.

You don't upload it here - you would email it to svq@makemkv.com , if your mail provider will allow you to send files that big. If you can't, you can upload it anywhere on the net and send a retrieval link to that same email address, and Mike will download it.

Most (non-free) mail systems will allow files up to about 6.5MB to be sent as attachments. I've seen some of the free systems that limit you to a few hundred kilobytes.
