003332:0000 Saved BD+ dump file as /home/xbmc/.MakeMKV/dump_Les_4_Fantastiques_5137E0D059644BC2.tgz
Could you please forward that file to svq@makemkv.com so that Mike can use it to create the necessary file to process this disk?

I ripped the UK retail version of this on Saturday.

My log shows this;

003317:0000 Loaded 86 SVQ file(s)
003326:0000 Processing BD+ code, please be patient - this may take up to few minutes
003322:0000 Processing BD+ code using disc-specific SVQ from C:/Users/John/Documents/My Home Cinema/MakeMKV/0000016d.svq
003328:0000 BD+ code processed, got 1 FUT(s) for 1 clip(s)
DISCID=ED37B71CF9D964017220ABC38FFBB4953876EA37

I did a quick test to make sure that it played and I didn't get any break-up of the picture.

What version are you trying to rip and do you have online updates set to 'on'.

I have the US Retail Blu-ray. I experienced the 'BD+ code processed but no FUTs were obtained, errors may follow.' When saving the title the resulting image was distorted. I have emailed the dump file and log file to svq@makemkv.com.

Hi,

I have the same problem with the spanish version of this BR.

Thanks in advance

After reviewing my log file more closely I noticed that I was running an older version of MakeMKV (v1.9.5). I updated to v1.9.7 and was able to successfully read and save the title with no errors or image distortion.
