v1.9.5 won't install?

I don't know if I'm having a total brain fade or not. I can't get V1.9.5 to install. It downloads and I can mount the image. I run the installer package for daspi_1.5.pkg and that works, but MakeMKV is grayed out as if unusable. I'm on El Capitan if that matters (I don't think so).

Last I installed MakeMKV was version 1.9.3 and that was also pre-El Capitan.
