Backed up 3D bluray folder to 3DMKV

Hi,
I am new and just started using makemkv. I have on my hard drive the backup of the movie hugo in 3d. (I do not have the original disc). how do i convert this into 3DMKV. should i just choose the index file in the bdmv folder and press make mkv or is there a different way to do it. Sorry if this question has been posted already.

Open Index, then when you see the streams, right click on the stream you want to convert and make sure you then at least tick the MVC box.
