Limitless problem and others

Hello

I tried MakeMKV with a dozen BR, no problems.

I bought MakeMKV 60 €, and I am not come to rip the town (two different br), and tonight, I have an error message with "Limitless"

MakeMKV v1.7.8 win(x64-release) started
Using direct disc access mode
File 00001.mpls was added as title #0
File 00007.mpls was added as title #1
Title 00009.mpls is equal to title 00001.mpls and was skipped
File 00003.m2ts was added as title #2
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:NO SEEK COMPLETE' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00004.m2ts' at offset '0'
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:NO SEEK COMPLETE' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00004.m2ts' at offset '0'
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:NO SEEK COMPLETE' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00004.m2ts' at offset '61440'


What's wrong ?

Glad to hear that a new drive solved your problem - but I'm curious to know if you first attempted to run a cleaning disc on your old drive...

Yes, I tried to manually clean the BR: switch off with soap and water, drying carefully, polishing, etc. ..... without success

I was even ready to buy a machine, but apparently it does not work well with blu ray :

It sounds like you're talking about cleaning the Blu-ray disc.

I'm talking about cleaning the innards of your Blu-ray READER/BURNER.

This is a bluray player in my laptop brand optiarc BD 5500s that can not be updated (firmware 1b2) as acer does not provide drivers, and drivers are incompatible sony
