Re: Prometeus crash
I upgraded to 1.7.7 and it downloaded some new SQV files and it is now ripping.
What is odd is that I'm set up to be notified of automatic upgrades, but for whatever reason the version change did not get recognized and so I was never under the impression that a newer version was available.
In any event, all's good.... ripping now!

Re: Prometeus crash
I just sent you the BD+ dump file for Prometheus today. Same issue as everyone else.

Re: Prometeus crash
FYI to all if you may use Norton Internet Security.
I could not decrypt Prometheus using MakeMKV, AnyDVD HD, or DVDFab HD. Wasted a whole day on this. This morning I noticed that my NIS Live Update had a failure installing an NIS update. Corrected the issue and went back to the decryption software forums looking for any updated Promethius solutions.
In the Slysoft forums I came across a post suggesting that a user's firewall was blocking online access for AnyDVD HD to acquire the updated decryption information. Soooo..., I went into my Norton's firewall program access section and changed the permission for AnyDVD HD from Auto to Allow. This worked.
If you are running NIS, try this for MakeMKV.

Still not working for me either. Is it just the 3D version that has BD+ because I have the 2D ver. and it shows BD+ v2012.9

This worked perfectly with 1.7.8. Thank you for fixing this so quickly!

Hi!
Check your settings for SVQ downloading - and then try again...
