DVD rip error.

When trying to rip a DVD I receive the following error:

Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:UNRECOVERED READ ERROR' occurred while reading '/VIDEO_TS/VTS_03_1.VOB' at offset '19132416'
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:UNRECOVERED READ ERROR' occurred while reading '/VIDEO_TS/VTS_03_1.VOB' at offset '19132416'
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:UNRECOVERED READ ERROR' occurred while reading '/VIDEO_TS/VTS_03_1.VOB' at offset '19132416'
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:UNRECOVERED READ ERROR' occurred while reading '/VIDEO_TS/VTS_03_1.VOB' at offset '19132416'
Failed to save title 2 to file {FOLDERNAME]/title02.mkv

Since I get the same error on two different computers, I am assuming this is a disk read error. Any ideas how to proceed?

Thanks,

Mark

BTW, I understand some disks include a copy protection scheme that includes bad sectors of disk. Would this be one of them?

return the disc for a new one, it's damaged/dirty/defective.

What is the title and Region of the DVD?
