Can't remux Disney Tarzan (2005 Region 1 Special Edition DVD)

[LenzuLeLooney]

Hello there. Pretty new here and decided to reach out about my issue with this particular release.

I'm trying to remux Disney's Tarzan with the 2005 Special Edition DVD and although MakeMKV (v2.0.0) remuxes most of the substantial bonus features, the main feature doesn't wanna be ripped. The notes mentions VTS_13 isn't detected, even though when digging through the files, the movie is VTS_09.

I tried changing the the protection settings to fix that and it didn't do anything helpful. I even went DVD manual mode and chose title 20 (the main movie) and it doesn't wanna rip.

If anyone knows what's wrong and what I should do, please let me know.
