Fedora 45 run fails as does build

Upgraded to Fedora 45 Workstation and my compiled version didn't work with the following dialog box:

Application failed to initialize
NO_ANSWER_FROM_MAKEMKVCON

So I started down the path of the libcrypto.so issue, then started getting other libs failing due to version differences. I stopped after a couple of them and backed out my links for them. So hopefully those with more programming smarts will get this working (patches, new version of the OSS/BIN downloads, etc) I for one would appreciate it. Until that time I'll head back to the flatpak versions until then.

Yes I know upgrading to something this soon can be foolish, but I try to keep everything upgraded/updated as best as I can.

Build for makemkv-oss appears to be failing on changes to AVCodec members in libffabi:

I found the python fix for that one (below), then other errors started popping up.
