Errors in ripping many of my blu-rays... HELP???

Many of my blu-rays are failing when the MAKEMKT tried to rip the movie. I have been researching how to fix this and keep finding where I need to "Flash" my blu-ray player with newer firmware or some additive that is not up to date?

I am not a tech savy guy and am unsure how to do this? Can anyone give me instructions on how to do this?

I bought a "Mths Tec" blu-ray drive to work with. It works great on regular DVDs and some of the older blu-ray movies. The process is slow but it has been working. I have tried to rip "Aliens" and it error'ed out.... I tried to rip "Black Widow" and it error'ed out...... Same with Justice League, American Sniper and so forth. At first I thought just may be an oddity but now am running into problmes on most of my more modern movies.

Anyone have ideas, suggestions or what to help me with this?

Start by copying and pasting the text of the MakeMKV drive info and libredrive info sections. Also copy and paste the text from the log window when you have a failed disc so we can actually see what the errors are.
