I'm looking to download VPTools to do LDC/BIS Quality Scanning on my Buffalo BRXL-16U3.
Does anyone know where I could download this tool?

As far as I know, you do not "download" VPTools. I would recommend this instead, which would enable you to do the same thing (LDC/BIS Error Correction scanning) : https://github.com/speed47/qpxtoolDoes anyone know where I could download this tool?
You might need to use the WH16NS58 1.V5 firmware for this.
