The result is the following error during burning:
Code: Select all
unable to WRITE@LBA=5e4f0h: Input/output errorSo i thought my Buffalo BRXL-16U3 is worn out and replaced it with a different one (not the same type). SAME ERROR down to the same 5e4f0h.
This happens during the failed burn which i think is interesting by the way...
Code: Select all
michael@supermicro.285k:~
$ sudo dmesg -w
[5395885.998227] usb 7-11.3.2: reset high-speed USB device number 26 using xhci_hcd
I'm currently thinking it might be a bad PSU or USB Cable and ordered replacements already.
Also i could try eliminating the Exsys USB Hub despite the liteon burner (which burned the ISO sucessfully) is also connected through the same Hub.
So apart from these 3 things, could there be anything else wrong?
Is this maybe a known problem / not a hardware problem?
