MakeMKV Can't Open Any Disc in HL BH40N Drive

I just bought Project Hail Mary 4k. It failed also. I'll do your clean dry clean dry on it and see what hapens.

I do not know exactly what's going on here (and I don't think I have a way to know for sure), but I do know that flashing a desktop firmware onto a slim drive can indeed damage it.

However, the fact that you were able to rip a 4K disc makes me feel a little hopeful that not all is lost for this drive in terms of 4K ripping.

I can't open that title either. But other 4k titles work fine. I think we are still waiting on MKV updates for PHM.
