Feature request: log file share mode

For a bit better tool communication, it would be nice to set a different share mode on the log file, or even use append access.
This enables tools like tail (or powershell equiv) to read it as it is written, and be sent to other tools.

Ask: open/append the log with at least FILE_SHARE_READ (shared write/append would be even better) so Get-Content -Wait, tail -f, and editors can follow it live. No need to change the debug payload — just the file share mode.

How would you propose dealing with multiple copies running at the same time? MakeMKV keeps them isolated so that they don't interfere with each other, yet you propose removing that isolation.
