only benefit to the fw is it will also do UHD the rest is all just config for having makemkv integration on linux work

Is there a way to cross-flash my drive to be able to read UHD discs? I have the following info from MakeMKV:

Well I got a few of these fullsize 5,25. On official firmware they can`t do 4k.
Can you really just flash them to enable that mode?
