I have 4 optical drives running at the same time. Yesterday, all of them were creating movie folders for each moving I was ripping making it easy to cut and paste them to my NAS while avoiding same name conflicts. Not it randomly creates them which is a pain.
Yes I have these settings in my preferences:
1) Video set to auto
2) General is left on its default in my case "/home/acuity2009/.MakeMKV"
3) IO has the "Ask for single drive mode" box checked
I'm running on linux mint: 22.3, Kernel 7.0.0-29
MakeMkv: v1.18.4 (Linux x64-release) and registered (paid for the app)
Anyone know what is going on and what the fix might be?
This happens on Windows 11 too. I have a dual boot system but OS's are on different nvme drives. Not sharing resources after bootup.
Auto Movie Folder Creation Randomly Works
Re: Auto Movie Folder Creation Randomly Works
I use the SemiAuto setting and it always works correctly for me. I have it set to Expert mode and I leave out titles shorter than 300 seconds to eliminate all the garbage.
