Not really. The only thing seems to be the firmware version should be 8510 or 8511. It looks like 8591 (see above) is not flashable. Maybe the author forgot to add this or nobody has it tried before so 8591 is excluded.
Can you help me flash my ud03tbd?

I have the same problem with the drive wthen name differs by one letter BDR-UD03D.
Can I also unlock UHD? Does the letter D change much :(

You need to load BOTH files and you need to tick Force Flash. You didn't read the tut! Now READ and try again.
