Just wanted to say THANK YOU for allowing me to purchase one of these Pioneer BDR-212DBK drives!! I've spent the last year frustrated that I could only get my DVD/Blu-ray/4k UHD collection 95% ripped and saved to my NAS for my Emby server. While I've ripped probably 1200+ discs with my ASUS BW-16D1HT, I've had roughly 30 discs that were constanting spitting out drive errors, timeout errors, read errors, etc. Of those 30, so far I have seamlessly ripped 8 of them...with ZERO issues, ZERO errors. This Pioneer drive is near silent (no more of those annoying spin-up/spin-down, clicks, and clunks!) and it just WORKS. Your communication and speed was GREATLY appreciated. Less than 96 hours between payment and my first successful UHD rip. Thanks again, and while I hope this thing lives forever, if you get more of these in, I may be interested in purchasing a 2nd for backup! ROCK STAR SERVICE!!
