North America Releases from GKIDS:

The collector's and regular releases should have identical Disc 1 & Disc 2 as the different between the releases is the Collectors has Physical Bonus Items included.
Protection is listed in software as: AACS v82
(I do not know if that means the version that MAKEMKV is using or the disc contains.)
The error received is the Protection is too new for MAKEMKV.

UPDATE: Apologies, I discovered another trend had mentioned Protection AACS v82 working in the newest version of MAKEMKV and I didn't notice that I had missed the update.
