Criterion Collection 4Ks Not Ripping

I currently have a flashed LGBP50N External Drive. I've noticed recently that it has really struggled with ripping 4k movies, especially from the Criterion Collection. I have been wondering if it's maybe the drive having trouble with the triple-layer discs, but other ones seem to work fine. I've also been able to rip some Criterion 4Ks, like Barry Lyndon, Eyes Wide Shut, and Killers of the Flower Moon.

I recently got a few movies for the 50% off sale at Barnes and Noble, but none of them have been working.

Anyone else had this problem? Could it be the drive? Will I need to buy a new one?

Unless the movie is a brand new release and the keys haven't been generated, I would look at the drive. I know a lot of folks who have successfully ripped CC discs, myself included.

Where you getting any error messages within MKV?
