I purchased a BW-16D1HT but it has the older MT1939 firmware. Im looking to get the correct drive to flash it.
Thanks!
Looking to purchase a OmniDrive compatible external
Re: Looking to purchase a OmniDrive compatible external
Just an FYI - MT1939 is a hardware version (chip model number on the drive circuit board), not a firmware.
All of the LG drives I have available for purchase have the MT1959 hardware (linked in signature). All the drive I have for sale are pre-flash with firmware for use with MakeMKV (as are most others listed here for sale here). Any of the pre-flashed MT1959 can be re-flashed with OmniDrive firmware. After purchase, you do this at your own risk.
If you have any questions, you can reply here or send me a direct e-mail at the e-mail address in my signature.
Thanks,
Frank (nicholfd)

Re: Looking to purchase a OmniDrive compatible external
Thanks for the clarification!
I would like to get a drive to back up my UHD Blu-Rays and Xbox games. How much are your drives? Are you in the US? If not how much to ship?
Thanks!
