This TGZ dump file is too small, and so must only contain a truncated AACS/MKB_RO.inf file (56 bytes). Can you upload the full AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your UHD disk into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply with a public download link? This would allow people to try adding your disk into the public KEYDB.cfg file.

My apologies but how do I get the full file?

Put your disk into your UHD drive, wait until it appears in Windows File Explorer, navigate to the disk's AACS/ folder and then zip up the MKB_RO.inf file inside it. The full file is multiple MB in size, and so should ideally be compressed before uploading it into OneDrive or Google Drive.

Here's the link to the file.
Thanks. Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
