I send the dump file for the recently released 4K version of "The Big Combo". Hopefully you'll be able to add this.

Could you also upload this TGZ dump file into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply with a public download link? This would allow people to try adding your disk to the public KEYDB.cfg file too.
