The latest KEYDB.cfg file already contains this disk. Have you tried downloading it, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

I'm not the OP, but I had assumed that deleting the _private_data.tar file would have the same effect. Just did the keydb.cfg download thing and was surprised to find that it worked. Thanks

FYI the _private_data.tar file contains MakeMKV's "hashed keys" database, and is nothing to do with the public KEYDB.cfg file.

Appreciate the help. I went ahead and grabbed the latest KEYDB.cfg from the site, dropped it into the MakeMKV directory, restarted, and that did the trick. Still pretty new to all this, so I’m figuring things out as I go. This is only the second time I’ve run into an issue like this, but it’s definitely a learning process. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
