Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and then restarting MakeMKV?

If this doesn't work, could you upload both your TGZ dump file and its actual MKB_RO.inf file into (say) OneDrive of Google Drive please, and then reply here with public download links?

Thanks, and since you are using Windows, have you tried using SamuriHL's utility? This works as a useful front-end for managing your copy of KEYDB.
