Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

If this doesn't work, you'll need to email those TGZ dump files to svq@makemkv.com, and maybe also upload them into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive, and then reply here with public download links.

Emailing it to svq@makemkv.com will allow MakeMKV to add your disk to its private "hashed keys" database at some (unknowable) point in the future. However, if you can also provide a public link to download this file from OneDrive then we could try adding your disk to KEYDB too.
