How does CellWalk detect computer files on DVD video discs?

How does CellWalk detect computer files on DVD video discs?

The description of CellWalk (and by extension the Auto mode) suggests that it would not capture computer files on a video DVD. However, when I opened a DVD image that I had created using ddrescue from a DVD with computer files on it, then decrypted it with MakeMKV using default DVD settings, it did produce the computer files. How would this have been done if using Auto/CellWalk?
