m2ts files not opening

Ok, so, I've been using MakeMKV for a while to create backups, and never had a problem with it, but lately I've been trying to back up a disc and the m2ts file containing the movie is not opening. I've tried it with other discs and the same happens, while files from discs I ripped in the past work as normal.

Besides, m2ts files (as much as I know) don't have any information about chapters or language tags. One should work with the corresponding playlist.

I double checked all of the settings and there wasn't anything like that. I didn't do anything different this time compared to the other discs I successfully backed up
