Can you also zip the AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk and upload it please? The MKB_RO.inf file inside your TGZ dump has been truncated to only 56 bytes, which makes it unusable to anyone except MakeMKV itself.

As MrPenguin noted, the MKB_RO.inf file will be required for your disc. I'm not on a Mac right now, but I think you should be able to click on "VAMPYROS_LESBOS_UHD" within Finder to browse the disc folder structure. From there, you should be able to open up the AACS folder and it will contain the MKB_RO.inf file.

If you can't easily see "VAMPYROS_LESBOS_UHD" in Finder, you may need to first navigate to the "Volumes" section within Finder.
