I no longer have access to the original disk. Is there a workaround that I can apply to repair and open this file? Or, since makemkv cannot decrypt this file, can I assume that the file is already unusable and delete it?MrPenguin wrote: Thu Jan 08, 2026 4:03 pm Your dump on your HDD is useless without also knowing the RDK used to encrypt it, and we have no way of knowing your RDK.
You need to go back to your UHD.
I don't know if it helps, but this movie is made up of two parts/discs; the second part/disc is perfectly usable. Can I somehow use files from the second disk to "repair" the first one? In the first disc, I have these folders: Aacs, bdmv, certificate; in the second disc, I have Bdmv, certificate, makemkv (that contains Aacs and Cmap).
Maybe I have some corrupted files on the first disc, I don't know.
Thank you.
