Interesting, even as i posted this one a week ago, the fix is not available yet. What can be the reason? Thats way longer, than 12 hrs...
Don't be a dickhead. Your disc was added to the public keydb on December 10 - 4 days before your post. I ignored your post because you couldn't be fucked to follow my instructions about checking the support status before posting to this thread.

Your disc has now been supported for over 10 days, so feel free to stop waiting and read the opening post of this thread.
Sorry, but i cannot see, why your answer hast to be so unfriendly, just because i had kind of misunderstanding on my side. Anyway, definetly you can always be sure, that will never communicate in that way....

keydb_helper, I got my LG drive flashed and running today and it looks like Mike actually beat me to it(!): makemkv downloaded new HKs and decrypted American Utopia no issues. Everybody's coming to my house...

Is there a way in makemkv to manually pull the dump for the public keydb? (Is it still useful? I would think there are other applications that would use it... ?)

Hey Tetsujin, I'm glad to hear your disc is working and you are still keen on expanding the public keydb. You can force MakeMKV to generate a new disc dump by following the instructions I wrote here: Link

Let me know if anything is unclear
Public KeyDB Disc Submissions
  • LG/Buffalo/Asus drives only (Pioneer drives are not supported)
  • Please use file hosts, not forum attachments
  • If your disc dump is under 3MB, you need to manually include the MKB_RO.inf file from the AACS folder

I've added a new mandatory disc ID field to the submission template. Too many people are submitting already supported discs whilst claiming that the discs are not supported.

Discs which do not follow the new submission template will be severely de-prioritised for keydb processing.

Hey mczocker32, thank you for the submission. Your disc has been added to the public keydb.

The 1E22 variant of Dead Man has also been added to the public keydb.

Hey iyluto, thank you for such a thorough submission but your disc was added to the public keydb on December 12. Grab the latest keydb and you should be good to go.

Hey Mossy, thank you for the submission but please don't attach disc dump files to your posts. It creates a headache for the forum moderators as they need to periodically clean things up. Both of your discs have been added to the public keydb.

Public KeyDB – Disc not enumerating (request for dump)

Disc type: UHD Blu-ray
Title: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze
Edition / Label: Arrow Video – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Trilogy (4K UHD box set)
Region: UHD (Region Free)
Disc number: Disc 2 (TMNT II)

Drive: LG BP60NB10
Firmware: 1.02
LibreDrive: Enabled
OS: Windows 10/11 x64
Software: MakeMKV 1.18.2 (x64 backend)

Problem description:

This UHD disc does not enumerate at all on my system.
MakeMKV reports “Please insert disc” even though the disc is physically inserted.

Important comparison:

TMNT 1 (Disc 1) → works and enumerates normally

TMNT 3 (Disc 3) → works and enumerates normally

TMNT 2 (this disc) → does not enumerate

The disc plays correctly on an Xbox Series X, confirming the disc itself is good.

Because the disc never enumerates:

No Disc Info can be read

No Disc Hash can be generated

No partial dump is possible on this drive

This appears to be a missing AACS2 / KeyDB entry specific to TMNT II in the Arrow UHD set.

Posting to flag the disc in case someone with a different LibreDrive-capable drive (or internal ASUS/LG drive) is able to enumerate and submit a dump.

Thanks in advance.

Usually if a disc doesn't even show, you should clean it before trying again.
Cheers :D

Can you adjust the "Share" option for this file please, so that people can access it? I also suspect that this file is considerably smaller that 3MB, in which case can you also zip-compress and upload the AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk? The MKB_RO.inf file inside your TGZ dump file has almost certainly been truncated to only 56 bytes, making it unusable to anyone except MakeMKV itself.
