So is my drive completely useless?
Internet access was already enabled, saw "Downloading latest SDF" in the window, restarted both MakeMKV and the drive (unplugged and plugged it back in) and the drive still saysCoopervid wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 7:36 pmYou need to enable Internet access for Makemkv and then restart the drive (power cycle). I believe it's your firmware version GENE that is not yet supported. Makemkv should have saved a dump of it in the .Makemkv folder. If so please send it to support@makemkv.com.infrared wrote: ↑Tue Dec 09, 2025 10:16 amInternet access was already enabled, saw "Downloading latest SDF" in the window, restarted both MakeMKV and the drive (unplugged and plugged it back in) and the drive still saysCoopervid wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 7:36 pmYou need to enable Internet access for Makemkv and then restart the drive (power cycle).
