Gotcha - can do - I thought one folder for all four films would been easier, less clutter, but I can see how that could go the other direction too.

No worries. A single folder, particularly on Google Drive, works very well as there are many batch/bulk downloading options. Mediafire, Wetransfer, etc and other traditional free file hosts may have some tooling but are generally a manual download. My push for the submission template was mostly intended to discourage users from submitting already supported titles or disc dumps created with unsupported drives. Neither of these are concerns for you.
