Unsupported content protection

I have an old Blu-ray Disc (David4641, Region A,B,C, Full HD 1080) from UMBRELLA ENTERTAINMENT. I ripped it three times with makeMKV v1.18.1 successfully. But the backup cannot be played by Blu-ray Player Pro Version 3.3.23 (250315). The error message is "There was a problem opening the media. Unsupported content protection (310004). AACS protection on media other than optical disc is not supported. Please try to play the original disc from an optical drive."

Help please.

Sounds like you made an encrypted Backup and the Player software doesn't supported decryption of non original media. Try making a decrypted backup

In MakeKV when you click the folder icon to make a complete disc to folder backup, in the next popup window where you choose the location, ensure you also check the box to decrypt the content.
