Sorry for thr late post i now can rip 4k uhd disks to my ssd and now to figure out how to convert then so i can play them on my 4k uhd tv

MODEL:GGW-H20L I would like to know if it could do with firmware upgrade so I can rip some 4K discs if this drive is compatible with uhd if anybody can let me know I'll be very grateful thank you once again for all your help have a great day

No, this drive is far too old and has the wrong drive platform. It will never be compatible.

Yes, BU40N 1.03-MK first. If you use other ripping software besides MakeMKV, you can then flash to BU40N 1.00.

Sorry for the late reply but I'm having trouble with this forum on my PC and my smartphone it takes a long time to load up and when it does sometimes I get an error a five to five error I think this forum is having problems but I don't know anyway thank you for your reply I only use make MKV which works better for me and this is the best program for me to use it's quick simple and easy thank you for the information I do appreciate it
