The last few UHD discs I have tried to make copies of on MakeMKV have resulted in the following errors:

I stumbled onto a post by SamuriHL using his KeyDB Helper too. With the tool, I was able to syncrhonize and validate that the disc ID I have in my drive is located in the keydb.cg. I copied that newly syncrhonized keydb.cfg from Appdata/roaming/aacs to users/makemkv folder. But I am still getting errors when trying to make a copy of the disc on MakeMkv. I am also seeing in the log that the drive posts:
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=7FA2657C7667)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Downloading latest HK to C:\Users\notha/.MakeMKV ...
Using Java runtime from C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_461\bin\java.exe
Which indicates its using its built in hash table not the keydb.cfg. Am i doing something wrong, I know for sure that my key for this disc is in my keydb.cfg so I'm not sure why I cannot perform a rip

Your disc drive is having trouble reading the disc.
The public keydb can help to resolve decryption errors due to missing keys but it will not assist with read errors.

It is not a decryption problem. It is a disc reading problem. The drive is struggling to read it and may also be running low on power. Try cleaning the disc before attempting to read it again. This often resolves read issues. See how you go.
Cheers
