Hi!
I am new to this forum and stumbled upon this thread searching for the info if my Asus BD drive is UHD compatible. Learning from this thread it is not out of the box, I also learned, that it is possible to flash the drive. After searching the internet for firmware files and a guide/program to do it - not finding much use- or somethiong i trust, I came back here to ask for help. So can someone please point me in the right direction or give me a hint where to find the needed files, program or guide.

Re: Make "ASUS SBW-06D5H-U" UHD friendly?
Hello everyone,
in my search to make my drive work, I stumbled upon this thread here, because I have the same model of slim Asus drive, but from the information on the other drives, I couldn't find a case that's similar enough to mine to be comfortable to flash any firmware on it. (Sidenote: I'm showing the data on the Windows version of MakeMKV v1.18.1 win(x64-release) on a laptop, but I'd like to use Linux MakeMKV v1.18.1 linux(x64-release) on my main system with more capabilities hardware-wise. So a little help in the right direction would be very much appreciated.)
Thanks for any help in advance
