Hi!
Found 2 discs in my collection so far that i wasn't able to dump!. Log files attached.
I'm new to the forum so sorry if I'm reporting these discs wrong!
Any ideas if there is a solution to this?

There's nothing attached. You can copy and paste the MakeMKV log window here.
Does the log say volume key unknown for this disc? Does a tgz dump file get generated? If so, you should email that tgz dump file to svq@makemkv.com. Additionally, you can host that dump file somewhere and provide a download link so that a record may be added to the public KeyDB.
If you are just getting read errors while ripping, the first thing to always try is cleaning the disc!
Cheers

Hi again!
So sorry i though the files got uploaded! Here are a link to the 2 .tgz files for both movies!
Link: https://1drv.ms/f/c/308e7c0bdd890800/En ... w?e=Zyh6X4
Both of them give me the "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted" error message!
I'll send them to the email you recommended in your reply too, thank you!

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
FYI you also appear to be using a Verbatim 43888 drive containing a Pioneer BDR-UD04 device, and so your dumps aren't very useful to The Powers That KEYDB. However, it looks like the KEYDB.cfg file already contains validated entries for both your disks anyway.
