Do you have a TGZ dump file? Because if you do, you need to email it to svq@makemkv.com. And if you also upload it into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive and reply with a public download link then people can try to add your disk to the public KEYDB.cfg file as well.

MakeMKV generates a TGZ dump file automatically whenever it fails to decrypt a disk. It should tell you file dump's filename in the log output.
